Chapters are asked to audit their roster at least once per year to ensure that the SHRM records match the student chapter records. To audit your chapter's roster, compare the SHRM-generated roster to your chapter's own membership list noting any errors or corrections that will be needed. Please use the spaces below to note changes. You may request up to eight changesto your chapter's membership roster on this form.
