Oakes College 2009 Commencement Registration

Before you continue please read these IMPORTANT notes:

- This form registers you to participate/walk in the Oakes 2009 Commencement Ceremony. IN ORDER TO GRADUATE (receive your degree or diploma) you must apply via MYUCSC.EDU at the start of the quarter in which your academic record will be complete. Do not apply to graduate now if you will take summer classes or will finish in fall 2009.

-Eligibility Requirement: To participate in the Oakes Commencement Ceremony, you must be within 15 quarter credits of completing your coursework for graduation by the end of Spring 2009 or have a plan to finish by the end of Fall 2009. Students who participate in commencement are not allowed to enroll in courses after fall 2009. If you have any questions about your eligibility, please see one of the Oakes Advisers.
