Master's Reimbursement Program

Program Requirements

The Mecklenburg County School Board revised the Master's Rembursement Program requirements on November 20, 2006. The revisions impact the total tuition reimbursement paid to certified employees participating in the program. Employees are now eligible to receive up to $700 per course with a limit if 3 courses per year. This amount is contingent upon availability of funds and may be re-adjusted if demand exceeds the budgeted amount.

Purpose of the Program: To encourage and to enable teachers to continue their professional development through tuition reimbursement for Master's Degree.
