Coordinator: This applies to the coordinator that is running the class. You may or may not have had interactions with this person. If you never interacted with the person, please select n/a.
Instructor:
This would apply to the main class instructor that you worked with for the entirety of your class. For BCEP that would mean your team leader, for ICS the leaders that you worked with at your field sessions, for skill builders the person who led the class, etc...
Assistant(s): This would apply to the rest of the volunteer instructors that assisted you during the class.
