Hello Vendors,
We're very pleased that you will be joining us for our annual Legend Art & Craft Fair on November 10th, 2018! Please review the Final Vendor Information below and let us know if you have any questions. You will recieve a Vendor Information Packet and booth assignment upon arrival.
Directions to Legend High School: We're located at 22219 Hilltop Road, Parker, CO 80138. Legend High School is approximately 1 mile east of Parker Road (Rt.83).
From the North: Take Parker Road (Rt.83) south to Hess Road and turn left on Hess Rd heading east. Hess Rd. turns into Hilltop Road at the first light. Continue east on Hilltop Road to the school.
From the South: Take Parker Road(Rt. 83) north to Hess Road and turn right on Hess Rd. Hess Rd. turns into Hilltop Road. Continue east on Hilltop Road to the school.
Unloading: You will be recieving an e-mail with specific directions to your unloading location. Please follow these unloading directions carefully. This will save you time and effort when unloading your items. Our volunteers will be on hand to help you to unload and carry your items to your booth. Once your car is unloaded, you'll be directed to move your car to the parking lots.
Loading:
The students will again be available to help you carry your items out to your car at the end of the day. You can either pull up to the curb to load, or they can help carry everything to your parked car. If you want to pull your car up to the curb to load, your items need to staged curbside first, we'll have someone watch over them while you get your car. This gets you loaded and on your way more quickly and we can keep the traffic flowing.
Booth Space:
You will recieve your booth assignment upon arrival. Your name and booth number will be marked with a sign on the floor. Please post this sign in a prominent place in your booth. It will help voulnteers and customers find you easier. You are welcome to hang things on any walls or windows in your space, please only use products that will not leave a residue. Blue sticky tack, 3M products, and painters tape are fine. Please-No packaging tape, duct tape, or other sticky products.
Food:
We will be serving a complimentary morning beverage with a snack generously provided by area businesses. We will have a concession stand open through the day. Your vendor packet will contain a lunch menu and order form. If you choose to order from our concessions, our students will be around mid-morning to collect your lunch order and deliver your lunch to your booth later in the day. Concessions is cash only.
Book Sale:
We will be holding a used book sale during the craft fair. If you have any books you would like to donate, just bring them with you on Saturday and we'll have the students carry them in for you.
Donations:
If you would like to make a donation for one of our drawings, please let one of our volunteers know. We will provide you with a copy of our tax-exempt donation form for your tax records.
Sales Taxes: ***Please read this Important Update on Sales Taxes***
Each vendor is required to collect Sales taxes for the Town of Parker and State of Colorado. As the event organizers we are required to collect your sales tax at the end of the day. We will provide the necessary Vendor Sales Tax Worksheet and remittance envelope. The sales taxes you will need to collect are:
3% Town of parker
1% County (remitted with State)
4% State
8% Total Sales Tax to collect
*If you hold a Parker Sales Tax License and or a Colorado Sales Tax License you will not be submitting your sales taxes to us. Please check the appropriate box(es) on the form, sign and return it to us.
Our Wonderful Volunteers: We will have lots of volunteers to help you on the day of the show, just look for Legend Blue. Feel free to ask any of them for help.
