We are looking for the best possible match for our puppies. What you are looking for and have to offer a puppy is important in finding that match, as these little ones live 14-18 years. Please provide us with the following info.

* What kinds of previous experiences have you (and/or the members of your household) had with dogs? What breeds?

* Do you have children? If yes, what ages?

* Do you have other pets? What kind? What age, sex, age?

* How much time during the day/night will the dog be alone? Where will your dog stay during this time?

* Please describe how your dog will be contained and most importantly when.(inside, outside, fenced yard, crated etc.)

* Please describe why you want this toy breed dog? Breeding? Show? Pet? Therapy? Agility?

* Is everyone in the household agreeable to a new pet?

* Are you a breeder?

Do you plan to join any clubs or do basic obedience training or AKC showing with your dog?

* Do you require full AKC registration or will you accept limited registration. Full registration allows you to register offspring from your dog and participate in AKC conformation shows, while limited AKC registration does not allow offspring to be registered.

* Are you able to drive or fly to our home in Northwest MO or meet in Kansas City MO to pick up a puppy?

* Please provide us with a past vet and phone information for a reference. Also trainers, or pet sitters make good references too. The more the better.
