Q:
I have accidentally deleted a form/data, can you recover the form and its data for me?
A:
Yes, but there are additional fees for a recovery. We take backups every day, but these backups are put to tape and it is time consuming to do the selective restore for you. The usual charge is $200 per form if we can get the data from a backup within the last month and we only need to recover from one tape. Contact us via the Support Form for more info.
