Supplier Registration Form

DELEGATES. If your firm is an active supplier member of SSA, the fee for attending this year's convention is $600 for each delegate. This includes a display table, all educational seminars and scheduled meals. (Some meals are "on your own." See the schedule for complete details.)
SPOUSES & GUESTS. Delegates attending the convention are welcome to bring their spouses, family members and guests. If these individuals are going to be joining us for meals they need to register and must pay $200/person. There is no charge for children 12 and under.
