TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* Applications for admission are only accepted on The Cole Academy's enrollment forms.
* Applications for admission are not accepted verbally or through any other form of writing, email, or messaging.
* Applying for space reservation does not guarantee a child’s admission to The Cole Academy.
* Acceptance of applications for space reservation does not imply a warranty for availability of care for your child.
* Verbal or written inquiries, and formal applications, do not constitute a "hold" on any estimated openings discussed. Estimates of the timeframe for availability may be provided only as a waitlist-length or waitlist-status update but do not constitute an offer or promise of admission.
* Notification of acceptance by the school is valid only in writing with a signature of the on-site director.
* The customer's confirmation and acceptance of enrollment offered is not final until a tuition deposit payment is received. Such payment constitutes an admission contract.
* Withdrawals from enrolled spaces must be made in writing with 30-days advance notice or equivalent tuition will be charged.
* Parents/guardians are responsible for the enrolled child(ren)'s full cost of care through upfront or monthly payments.
* Tuition deposit in-full is due upon admission and remains in escrow through duration of enrollment.
* Withdrawals of applications for reservation must be made in writing.
* Each child’s medical record of immunizations must be provided before attendance at The Cole Academy.

The Cole Academy is pleased to offer multi-child discounts for families with siblings enrolled.

* Full-time enrollment: Monday through Friday, based on campus hours:
-- Kapolei 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
-- Downtown 6:45 a.m.-6 p.m.
-- East Oahu, 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
-- Windward Oahu, 6:45 a.m.-6 p.m.

-- Mililani, 6 a.m.-6 p.m.

-- Hawaii Island (Kona-Kohala), 6:45 a.m.-6 p.m.

* Part-time enrollment: Monday-Friday, minimum 25 hours per week, either:
-- AM half of the day, or
-- PM half of the day
