Farwell's International tuition includes weekly laundry, and any day to day activity your daughter participates in with the exception of horseback riding. In addition, all international campers will be provided with medical insurance, sheets, blankets & towels, as well as round-trip transportation between Boston (Logan Airport) and Farwell on the following dates: To Farwell on Saturday, June 27, July 4, July 18, and August 1; From Farwell on Saturday July 4, July 18, August 1, August 15 and August 22.
PAYMENT PLAN: Prior to February 1, a reservation deposit of $750. is due with this application. A second payment of $750. is due February 1. After February 1, a reservation deposit of $1500. is due with this application. For Clinic Week only: Prior to February 1, a reservation deposit of $300. is due with this application. A Second payment of $300. is due February 1. After February 1, a reservation deposit of $600. is due with this application.

All payments must be in U.S. funds and made payable to Camp Farwell, Ltd.
WITHDRAWL AND REFUND POLICY: In the event of withdrawal from camp due to illness or injury, parents may request that full credit of the remaining tuition be applied to the following summer, or that one-half of the remaining tuition be refunded so the financial loss is shared equally between the camp and the parents. Due to fixed costs and expenditures based on definite enrollment and dates, no other refunds, credits or reductions will be made whether for entering late, or withdrawing early, or otherwise. The Directors reserve the right to withdraw with no refund any camper whose influence or actions are deemed harmful, or who will not live within the rules and policies of the camp.
USE OF CAMP PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDINGS: During the course of the season and at other times of the year, Camp Farwell, Ltd. regularly takes photographs, makes slide shows and videotapes, and other types of recordings that are used for promoting Camp Farwell. This is standard industry practice. Submission of this application signifies that I consent to the use of photographs of my child or likenesses of my child by Camp Farwell, Ltd. or by anyone to whom they may assign such rights. Further, I release Camp Farwell, Ltd. or anyone to whom they may assign such rights from any claims arising out of the use of such photographs or likenesses of my child.
ARBITRATION: Should any dispute arise with regard to this agreement, at the request of either party it may be decided by arbitration to be conducted in Newbury, Vermont in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision made and any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and may be entered and enforced as a final judgement in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Vermont.
APPLICABLE LAW: No matter where signed, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont and contains all agreements of the parties.
We understand that this agreement contains an agreement to arbitrate. After submitting this document, we understand that we will not be able to bring a lawsuit concerning any dispute that may arise which is covered by the arbitration agreement, unless it involves a question of constitutional or civil rights. Instead, we agree to submit any such dispute to an impartial arbitrator.
