3rd Annual Panhandle PHunFest
Saturday, September 26, 2009 - Navarre Park, Florida
ARTS & CRAFTS BOOTH FEE IS $50. After this form is submitted, you will receive a PayPal invoice for the $50 fee within 24 hours of receipt by PHunFest Committee.
1. Applicants must complete the application form and submit with a $50 fee payable to: Panhandle PHunFest along with a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. This is a nonrefundable fee that will secure your 10’ X 10’ booth space. Deadline for submission is September 1st, 2009. No more than two artists are allowed per booth. The Panhandle PHunFest Committee will provide a maximum of two authorization badges per booth space and one parking permit. (Please provide your own lanyard to display your badge.) Free Web links will be provided on the Panhandle PHunFest Web site. 2. All items exhibited shall be limited to those that in the Panhandle PHunFest Committee’s opinion are deemed suitable in character for the festival. Only approved items will be sold by the artist. Absolutely no “buy and sell” items are acceptable and absolutely no solicitation of funds is allowed other than the sale of the approved items and solicitation of funds for Fisher House. Raffles or prize drawings for artist merchandise shall not be allowed. 3. Applicants must provide their own displays and they must fit within the allotted space. You may bring a cooler with food and beverages. 4. Applicant will be assigned a specific booth space and must setup only in that booth location. Access to the booth space is restricted to Saturday, September 26th, 2009. Artists and food vendors must setup between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM only. Breakdown is not allowed prior to 6:00 PM and should be completed no later than 8:00 PM. A single parking space per applicant will be provided adjacent to the booth area. PHunFest hours of operation on Saturday, September 26th are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Artist and vendor egress will not be permitted between the hours of 9:00 AM through 6:00 PM. 5. All trash must be removed from the premises by applicant. A dumpster, trash cans, and recycle bins will be provided. 6. The vendor agrees to release any member of the Pensacola, Navarre, and Emerald Coast Parrot Head Clubs and/or any of their associates and volunteers for any and all liability, loss, or damage to the property or persons of the applicants from theft, breakage, or any other cause during the terms of this agreement. It is understood that the Pensacola, Navarre, and Emerald Coast Parrot Head Clubs shall be under no obligation to provide insurance to cover any related risks. 7. The Panhandle PHunFest Committee reserves the right to cancel or otherwise abandon the PHunFest at any time due to inclement weather. Should this become necessary, all deposits will be refunded within 30 days (unless you wish to donate your application fee to Fisher House). 8. The Panhandle PHunFest Committee reserves the right to assign the booth space as best serves the PHunFest event.I have read and fully understand these guidelines:
