3rd Annual Panhandle PHunFest

Saturday, September 26, 2009 - Navarre Park, Florida

FOOD VENDOR BOOTH FEE IS $50.

After this form is submitted, you will receive a PayPal invoice for the $50 fee within 24 hours of receipt by PHunFest Committee.

1. Food Booths must be covered or in food service trailer

2. Vendors must supply their own tables and any other supplies needed to run food booth

3. Only approved items will be sold by the vendor

4. Vendor must provide at least one large trash can (dumpster provided in the Park)

5. All trash must be removed from the premises by vendor

6. You must comply with all Florida health requirements

7. One approved fire safety device is required

8. No active solicitation of funds is allowed other than the food charge

9. Please leave your area clean when you leave

10.Rain dates will be considered but may not be possible due to scheduling
