*** EVENT RULES & REGULATIONS

I understand that any 2012 Fullcourt Press Cream of the Crop Challenge Team and participant who does not abide by the rules, regulations and policies established by the Fullcourt Press Cream of the Crop Challenge (FPCCC) is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse. I understand that each camp participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance. I also understand that the FPCCC retains the rights to use for publicity and advertisement purposes, photographs of camp participants.

Refund Policy: Full refunds of team fees will be allowed provided that:
a) Written notice (by e-mail) is provided to us at least 4 weeks prior to the 1st day of the event;
b) Any refunds issued will be subject to a $100 administrative fee;
c) In lieu of a refund, teams withdrawing from an event shall have the option of applying the credit toward a future Fullcourt Press/Pangos event.
