Thank you so much for getting involved in the fight against hunger! Please read carefully :)

When your group arrives at our warehouse for your first time volunteering, each member will fill out a more detailed volunteer application, watch a short video describing food safety and our operation, and take a tour of our facility to learn about our mission.

***Our normal hours are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday, we always have big projects, and we can accomodate groups of all sizes who want to work all day long or as little as half an hour. If your organization can only volunteer outside of normal hours and is unable to join one of our scheduled events (see special events sign-up), we may be able to accomodate your needs - as long as we have sufficient notice ahead of time.

Please let us know when your group is available to volunteer, and we will contact you to confirm. If possible, provide more than one option or a larger range of times.

***We have our weekly staff meeting from 1:30pm to 3pm on Wednesdays and can not accomodate groups during that time  

Thanks again! Once you hear back to confirm a time, simply make sure each volunteer wears close-toed shoes (no sandles) . Unless otherwise stated or your number of participants changes significantly, you do not need to bring anything, re-confirm your appointment, or provide any further information ahead of time.
