Host Site Application

The Minnesota Alliance With Youth is pleased to invite schools, community organizations, government agencies, and others to submit a proposal to host AmeriCorps Promise Fellows. The complete Request for Proposals can be found online at www.mnyouth.net.

The Application to Host An AmeriCorps Promise Fellow is made up of three parts:

Letters of Support – Upload one document that includes letters of support from each member of the Youth Success Team in one file (no larger than 50 MB). See Application Template for full details.
