Acceptance of Rules and Terms

By clicking the "Acceptance of Rules and Terms" button, the Skater and/or Parent/Guardian agrees to hold harmless US Figure Skating, Kansas City FSC, Ice Sports Kansas City and their employees and/or agents from any loss, damage, and/or injury that may be sustained by the testing skater in any manner while participating in any of the activities of said test session. It is also understood that there are no refunds of any kind once the application deadline set by the KCFSC test chair for a given test session. This includes failure to pass a prerequisite test session preventing a subsequent test from being taken later in that test session.
