Membership Application
The Kansas City FSC offers the following Membership Categories for the 2009 / 2010 Skating Season:
Memberships are discounted when submitted prior to 7/1/2009! Submit your application with payment prior to 7/1/2009 to take advantage of this discount!
Skating Memberships
Introductory Family Membership:
Basic Skills skaters (under 18) and parent(s). At least one parent is required to join the club and member parents have voting privileges. One subscription to
Skating Magazine
is included. Note: This membership type can only be selected once by a skater. Any skater who has tested at Pre-Preliminary MITF test or higher and/or any Preliminary Dance test is not eligible for this category.
Dues
Paid between dates: 7/1 - 12/13 = $110
Paid between dates: 1/1 - 6/30 = $90
Family Membership:
One skating member and parent(s). At least one parent is required to join the club and member parents have voting privileges. One subscription to
Skating Magazine
is included. Other skaters within the family (beyond 1st skater and parents) join as additional skaters.

Paid between dates: 1/1 - 6/30 = $120
Individual Skating Membership:
This membership is for skaters 18 & over that are not in college or have already used the Collegiate Membership option. This membership has voting privileges and one subscription to
Skating Magazine

Collegiate Membership:
This membership is for skaters 18 & over that are in college or will be starting college in the fall. This is a FOUR YEAR membership. This type of membership can only be used once in the lifetime of a skater. This membership has voting privileges and a four year subscription to
Skating Magazine
.

One Time Special Membership Price = $125
Additional Skating Members in a Skating Samily:
This membership is for additional skating members in a family that are not listed with a Family Membership or Introductory Membership.

Paid between dates: 7/1 - 12/13 = $45
Paid between dates: 1/1 - 6/30 = $40
Note: Any member that wishes to compete and/or test during the skating year must obtain a Skating Membership for the season.
Non-Skating Memberships
Patron Membership:
A Non-Skating member with voting privileges. One subscription to
Skating Magazine
included

Non-Home Club Membership:
Skaters holding Home Club membership in a USFSA club other than KCFSC. NO voting privileges, subscriptions or stipends are included. This membership type does have Club Ice privileges.

USFSA Officials Membership:
Judge, Accountant, Technical Controller, Technical Specialist or other USFSA Official designating KCFSC as their home club. This membership has voting privileges and one subscription to
Skating Magazine

Honorary/Lifetime Membership:
Members elected by the Board of Directors in recognition of exemplary service to the club. Honorary Membership is granted for life, but members will be asked to register annually for record keeping purposes. They will be exempt from annual dues, but in all respects are entitled to the rights and privileges of full membership and subject to the By-Laws of the Club.

Professional Membership - KCFSC Home Club
:
Includes voting privileges and subscription to
Skating Magazine
. This membership type allows for teaching on Club Ice after receiving approval from the KCFSC Board of Directors. This type of membership is not valid for coaches that have not received permission to coach on KCFSC Club Ice.
Professional Membership - Non-Home Club
: Professionals whose primary club is other than KCFSC. Voting privileges and subscription to
Skating
Magazine
are not included with this membership. This membership type allows for teaching on KCFSC Club Ice after receiving KCFSC Board approval and cannot be verified as a membership type until receiving Board approval to teach on Club Ice.
Basic Skills Professional Membership
