Returning PAID Staff

Only complete the Return Staff Application if you have held a PAID position with Clean Vibes for at least ONE YEAR. If you have only volunteered (NO PAYROLL) with Clean Vibes in the past, please complete the 1st Time Employee Application. If you have volunteered with us for several years but have never been on the official payroll or you volunteered and stayed to work for pay after an event, you will still need to complete the 1st Time Employee Application.

All applications must be received no later than March 31, 2012. We will notify all applicants of our decisions by April 20, 2012.

Please note: Due to the online nature of this application, we recommend that you write your answers to the narrative section in a separate document and then cut and paste them into this form. We are very appreciative of the time and thought that goes into the answers on these applications. Writing out your answers and saving them in a separate document will ensure that your hard work will not be lost in the event that your computer loses its internet connection mid application or there is an error in the transmission of the application.

As you already know, members of a full time crew will be working long hours for consecutive days, often under a great amount of pressure and stress. Key to the success of an efficient and content crew is the ability of each member to communicate openly and effectively within the crew. How do you feel that the Clean Vibes’ team can improve the lines of communication between all levels of staff? What systems can we implement that will allow every crew member to feel comfortable expressing his/her concerns and/or criticisms?
